There we go guys!! A good one to get us back into it a little bit!

WC 06 Record: 4-3 (-2.02)

Two-Niner.. Certain matches will most certaintly beg for overs being played. The opening games usually have both teams being very timid.. When these teams enter their 2nd and 3rd matches, I'll be looking for a play some more totals.

Sek,
While you are right about later games, the emphasis is still negative in the majority of cases. Its only in the Knock out Stage where Teams know they must score to progress, however thats something the Books know only too well. :toast:

winbet.. What I'm looking for in the later games are the teams who appear to be heading towards a deadlock in the group (usually at 4 pts).

Teams who need goal differential to get through to the next round waste little time on the offensive attack (leaving their defense vulnerable).

Teams who took unexpected results in the first game in matches they counted on for 3 points, usually fizzle away in the remaining games as the weight of the world comes down on them.

Qualifyers so far are Poland and Sweden. I LOVE Germany -1 -104 against Poland that Pinny is offering right now. I'll probably end up taking the -1.5 line at ++ money when Pinny puts it up later this week.

Also like Paraguay +0.5 -115 vs Sweden and Costa Rica +0.5 (when it's offered, will be excellent ++ money)

Sek,
I get your point but far too many times posters on here never seem to take in the Books view. Because I state things like, " Hoy dope, get a clue, don’t you think the books know the same thing" People think I'm aggressive and Negative but I'm only trying to put across that you can only beat the Book when you know something that’s not that obvious. I don’t know how posters have worked in the game or even understood their workings at a high level, but I have, and these Geezers are no Mugs, 9 times out of 10 they know more than you do. Just trying to put things in real terms.:103631605 <!--[if gte vml 1]><v:shapetype id="_x0000_t75" coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="75" o:preferrelative="t" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" filled="f" stroked="f"> <v:stroke joinstyle="miter"/> <v:formulas> <v:f eqn="if lineDrawn pixelLineWidth 0"/> <v:f eqn="sum @0 1 0"/> <v:f eqn="sum 0 0 @1"/> <v:f eqn="prod @2 1 2"/> <v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pixelWidth"/> <v:f eqn="prod @3 21600 pixelHeight"/> <v:f eqn="sum @0 0 1"/> <v:f eqn="prod @6 1 2"/> <v:f eqn="prod @7 21600 pixelWidth"/> <v:f eqn="sum @8 21600 0"/> <v:f eqn="prod @7 21600 pixelHeight"/> <v:f eqn="sum @10 21600 0"/> </v:formulas> <v:path o:extrusionok="f" gradientshapeok="t" o:connecttype="rect"/> <o:lock v:ext="edit" aspectratio="t"/> </v:shapetype><v:shape id="_x0000_i1025" type="#_x0000_t75" alt="" style='width:24pt; height:24pt'/><![endif]--><!--[if !vml]--><!--[endif]-->
